Everyone who has walked the road of international adoption knows that there are twists and turns. A few weeks ago I said I was waiting on an 8 year old girl to have paperwork completed, etc. Alas, that child was not to be mine. However, an adorable 5 year old was waiting in the wings. This morning I saw her face for the first time. She is beautiful, cute, smiley...she even looks a little like the Brynster (and like she may have the same spirit as well-Heaven help me).
I cannot post her picture but if you know me in real life, you know I will have some with me. :)
FYI-the 8 year old will still be taken into the agency's care and the family she is meant to have will be found for her.
More later...gotta go to class
